    How the Claim Order Workflow Works

    One claim, two phases — assessment and repair — managed from a single view

    1. Office Creates Claim
    The admin creates a Claim Order with policyholder details, damage type, and property address. This automatically creates an Assessment job and a Repair job linked to the claim.
    2. Assessor Inspects
    The assessor visits the property, documents all damage with photos and notes, captures the policyholder's signature, and submits the assessment report.
    3. Repair Team Completes
    Once assessment is done, the repair team is dispatched. They document work progress with before/after photos, log materials, and get the policyholder's sign-off.
